The Power of the Dual-Assessment Approach

  • Strong Interest Inventory® (SII): Reveals where you are most likely to find career satisfaction based on what you love to do.

  • CliftonStrengths®: Developed by Gallup, Clifton Strengths identifies how you naturally operate best, pinpointing your top talents so you can excel once you get there. Understanding your strengths empowers you to choose roles where you will excel naturally, build confidence, and avoid burnout.

Why the Strong Interest Inventory®?

  • Nearly 100 Years of Research: First published in 1927 by psychologist E.K. Strong Jr., the SII is one of the most rigorously researched, validated, and widely used career assessments in history.

  • Real-World Comparison: Unlike basic online quizzes, the Strong compares your interest patterns directly to thousands of successfully employed individuals across hundreds of modern professions.

  • Gold-Standard Reliability: Built on John Holland’s proven RIASEC framework, it delivers highly consistent, reliable insights that stand the test of time.

    - Tai, High School Student

  • Peggy Hogan of Opus7 Consulting played a pivotal role in helping my college student craft a standout resume that truly reflects her unique talents and achievements. Peggy's knack for storytelling and attention to detail ensured that my daughter's resume not only showcased her many accomplishments but also conveyed her passion and dedication. As a result, my daughter feels more confident and prepared for future opportunities. If you are looking to elevate your resume, I cannot recommend Peggy highly enough!

-Ann, Parent of New College Graduate

  • "We hired Peggy to administer the strong inventory for our junior in high school to help him decide what his major should be. Her follow up meeting with him to discuss the results was fantastic. She explained the results and explained in detail how to use those to narrow his decision. Based on her guidance, he now feels confident in what his major will be. This was a great investment in our son’s future."

-Jason, Parent of High School Son

  • "Working with Peggy helped me feel prepared for an interview at an arts-based non-profit where the first round was with an external HR representative - an area I was less familiar with. She helped me find the best language to align my unique experience and personal values with specific aspects of the job description. Thanks to her help, I went from first interview to second interview to a job offer within one week! She understood my unique needs and questions and helped me navigate the interview process with confidence."
